This website is a purely informational company site. It uses no cookies, no tracking or analytics services, and embeds no third-party content. This policy explains which data is nevertheless processed when you visit, and what your rights are.

2. Hosting and server logs
This website is hosted on our behalf by Contabo GmbH, Aschheimer Str. 6, 85609 Aschheim, Germany, in a data centre located in Germany. When you visit, the server automatically records server log files (IP address, date and time, page requested, data volume transferred, browser type and operating system). This data is technically necessary to deliver the website and to ensure its stability and security; it is not merged with other data and is deleted after a short period. The legal basis is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). A data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR) is in place with the hosting provider.
3. Fonts
All fonts are served from our own server. No connection to third-party servers (such as Google Fonts) is made and no IP address is transmitted to third parties.
4. Contact by email or phone
If you write to us (for example at info@fiiso.de) or call us, we process your contact details and the content of your message in order to handle your request. Our mailboxes are operated on our behalf by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany, on servers located in Germany. The legal basis is the initiation or performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) or our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle the matter or as required by statutory retention periods.
5. Links to other websites
This website links to sivon.de (also operated by us, with its own privacy policy) and to LinkedIn. Following a link takes you off this website; the respective operator is responsible for data processing there. No content from these providers is embedded in our pages.
6. Cookies
This website sets no cookies and stores no data in your browser.
7. Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21 GDPR). To exercise these rights, contact info@fiiso.de. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
8. Data security
All traffic is encrypted via TLS (shown by the padlock icon or “https” in your browser's address bar).

This privacy policy is dated September 2026. We update it when our data processing or the legal situation changes.
